Our cleaning process follows a three-part protocol including COVID disinfecting, turnover and quality control inspection.
Guest Communication & Support
Our Guest Support team is available 24 hours a day to manage inquiries to check-in/out details, questions and maintenance issues during a reservation and post-stay follow up to create a long-lasting relationship with each guest. We aim for under 10min response times during business hours to ensure your guests are never left hanging.
